How to Return

  1. 1.Contact us at support@gorgeous.com, WhatsApp us, or use our contact form. Include your order number.
  2. 2.We'll send you return instructions and arrange for pickup or provide a prepaid return label.
  3. 3.Package your item(s) securely and attach the return label if provided.
  4. 4.Drop it off at any designated courier location (DHL, FedEx, or local courier) or schedule a pickup.
  5. 5.Once we receive it, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy:

1-Year Warranty

All GORGEOUS claw clips come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your clip breaks due to a defect within one year of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge.

What's covered: Manufacturing defects, broken springs, cracked plastic from normal use
What's not covered: Damage from misuse, loss, or normal wear and tear

To make a warranty claim, contact us with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately.
